This was posted on one of those motorized scooters today at Walmart. I don't know, it seems like I learned what the word "broken" meant pretty early in life. Maybe I was special? Advanced?

Trust me on this, there are many, many people in this country who do not have your grasp of the obvious, nor your facility with the English language. Redundancy in explanation is frequently required in the community in which I live. Even then folks get angry at the source when they misunderstand, misinterpret, or misapply what seems abundantly clear to most of us.
